Emily didn't know she was going to fall in love with the industry just the way she did. She went to Henry Abbott Tech where she took cosmetology class as something she thought was fun, and could get her through paying for college. If you would have asked her where do you think you will be, she wouldn't have said hairdressing.  The game plan was going to college where she focused on Homeland Security. A few months in she realized how much she actually loved and missed hair. She continued where her heart was leading her. Now she feels like she works along side many great mentors who've taught her so much in such little time.
